B.F. Nkrumah is a native of Philadelphia whose life is dedicated to the mental, emotional, spiritual and financial repairing of the Black psyche due to all of the trauma we have had to endure. For the past twelve years, B. F. has been one of the most sought after speakers, called upon to help Black people shake internalized self hate, redefine themselves, get reconnected to their true core and become the best version of their true selves that they could be.

He is a six time author, a mentor to hundreds, a developer of leaders and he is committed to restoring the psyche of his people to where it was prior to trauma. Whether through his speaking or writing, he exposes people to hidden truths, concepts and systems, with hopes that his words will radically transform the lives of his listeners.

Outside of his professional career, B.F. is hands on in his community. He is the founder of “The Black Captains,” a community organization of Black men who patrol the streets of Philadelphia to make the streets safer for its residents.

He is also the founder of programs for young men and women, “The I in King” & “When Kings raise Princesses.”

He was nurtured under leadership which taught him “Leaders are the biggest servants.” It is with this mindset that causes him to serve others daily.
